Deck Belt 42 for Craftsman Riding Mowers
The 144959 Deck Belt (1/2" x 95") is a replacement part that fits Craftsman LT1000, LT2000, LT3000, and DYT4000 42-inch Deck Riding Mowers. It also replaces Husqvarna, Poulan, and AYP lawn mower belts 138255, 532144959, and 532138255.
This belt is compatible with the following models: Craftsman DYT4000, LT1000, T1000, LT1500, T2000, YT3000, LT3000, DLT3000, LTX1000 42-inch Deck Lawn Mowers; Husqvarna YT150, YT180, YT190, LTH1342, LTH1342A, YTHP1542, LT120, LT130, LT1238, LT1538, and 204.
To install the belt, follow these steps:
- If the shaft distance is fixed, insert the belt into the wheel groove first.
- If the distance is adjustable, shorten it before installing the belt.
- Attach the belt and adjust the shaft distance afterward.
- Spin the pulley to fully seat the belt.
